Franceli Mercado

Born in Tejupilco, State of Mexico, and raised in Austin, Texas, Franceli Mercado serves as Admissions Coordinator at García Injury Law, where she plays a vital role as the first point of contact for new clients and in the coordination of incoming cases.

Franceli ensures that every inquiry is handled with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality, providing reassurance and guidance to those seeking help after an accident. She oversees the intake process, collects essential medical and personal information, and works closely with the legal team to ensure every case is promptly and thoroughly evaluated.

With more than three years of experience in the medical field, including pain management, Franceli brings valuable insight into healthcare systems and patient care. Her studies in Medical Interpretation (English–Spanish) at Austin Community College (ACC) strengthened her bilingual communication skills and her ability to serve a diverse community with clarity and compassion.

Driven by her passion for helping others and advocating for justice, Franceli finds purpose in her faith, family, and continuous growth. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, spending time with her daughter, and discovering new adventures.
